Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is open for room stays and dine-in for guests who have been fully vaccinated. Kindly present your MySejahtera digital vaccination certificate upon arrival to the reception or at the F&B outlets.

Fully vaccinated definition:

2 doses – Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Sinovac – must have completed 2 doses 14 days from date of second dose.
1 dose – Johnson & Johnson and Cansino, must have completed 28 days from date of dose.

Compliance to SOPs set by the Malaysian government and Accor ALLSAFE protocols is required during your stay or while dining in the restaurants.

All guests are kindly requested to present your MySejahtera status to our Safety and Security personnel before entering the hotel premise.

In compliance with the government’s SOP in effect from 1st May 2022, COVID-19 positive cases with “high risk” status on the MySejahtera and those under home surveillance and observation (HSO) are prohibited from entering the hotel.

Compliance to SOPs set by the Malaysian government and Accor ALLSAFE protocols are still required during your visit to the hotel.

RTK / PCR testing on-site at the hotel is also available for hotel guests. Booking for this service should be made 1 day in advance.
