Roast goose is generally favored over duck meat due to its tender meat.
Our goose are marinated for 24 hours in Chef Le0ngs’ special marination of spice mixture, then air dried for another 24 hours before reaching the charcoal fired oven.
It is then roasted for 01 hour and 30 minutes to give it a smoky rich flavor. It is best enjoyed together with our home made sweet & fruity plum sauce.
